How ordering works
Choose your packs on the website and send the order on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, delivery time, shipping charges and payment details in that chat before anything is dispatched.
Delivery
We will tell you the expected delivery date when we confirm your order. Delivery times depend on your pincode.
Returns
Rice is a food product, so we cannot accept returns of opened packs. If your pack arrives damaged, torn or not as ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
